Question: What should I have on hand for general at home maintenance?
Answer: A quality battery charger (e.g. Optimate), tire pressure gauge, chain cleaner/wax and lubricant, bike cleaning supplies and rear stands are the most popular “must have” garage items.
Q. Why do I have to prepay for special orders?
A. Our suppliers require pre-payment of special order items. You will receive an email and phone call the moment your special order arrives.
Q. How long does it take for a special order to come in?
A. The usual wait time is between 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Sometimes this wait time is longer due to international suppliers, customs, and backorders. If the lead time is longer than expected, a parts advisor will contact you as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is also an option when applicable.
Q. How do I know if a part fits my bike?
A. Give us a call! We are more than happy to verify part numbers against what you have or just do all the legwork in the first place. This is the advantage of a local dealership versus buying online; personal service! Our Parts Department staff will do everything they can to answer your question. If they don’t have an immediate answer for you, rest assured they’ll find one and call you back.
Q. Can I get a better deal on the internet?
A. If you’re shopping for dog food, probably. But seriously, the Parts Department will do their best to price match with online competitors.
Q. What is Your Return Policy?
A. We offer a 30 day return policy on unused, as-new items. Certain return exclusions apply such as electrical components, helmets, and one-piece track suits. There is a 20% restocking fee on special orders cancelled, returned, or not picked up after 30 days. No returns on sale items.
Q. Will you give me a discount?
A. We always has a sale/clearance rack, of cool gear and accessories. Discounts re always available to active/veteran military members. There are also promotions and seasonal offers throughout the year. Stay linked to our Instagram, Facebook and eBay store for the latest information.
Q. I found a part I want… Can you get it for me?
A. The Parts Department have connections everywhere so the answer is likely “Yes.”
Q. Do you ship? I live outside of Nebraska.
A. We have a dedicated shipping and receiving person who enjoys staying extremely busy. Just give us a call and they’ll ship directly to your door.
